I came from a UI Design background and over the years have picked up and learned many development skills . . . all this while making my design skills that much better. I think this is something that we will see more and more in the future . . . however, I've noticed that so far companies don't know how to interview someone with my skill-set . . . they either set me up with a Development Interview process or a Designer Interview process . . . anyone else have this issue? any ideas, as I am in the job market in the Seattle area.
