I have a need for a Silverlight developer to build and deploy an interactive, in-store kiosk.  The kiosk will be "iPhone-esque" as it will use a 17-inch touchscreen as the user interface and users will - using their fingers - "swish" through various screens depicting various diamonds, sizes, cuts, etc.  The client has decided that the UI will be constructed using MSFT's new Silverlight product which is not officially scheduled for release until March 2008.  

SKILLS:

* Silverlight, XAML, WPF, MS Expressions experience is a BIG advantage.

* 2+ years experience as Flash developer working in ActionScript

* Experience creating advanced variable Flash applications

* Solid knowledge of latest web standards and cross-platform/cross-browser development issues

* Experience with product lifecycle processes

* Client/Server networking experience

* Knowledge of HTML, DHTML and XML

* C++ experience a plus

* Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator a plus

* Impressive online portfolio

* BA in graphic design, computer science (or a related program)
