Michael Peters is the partner at Oculus Info responsible for commercial visualization solutions with significant expertise in financial visualizations for risk management, portfolio analysis and trading systems for clients such as Bank of New York, Duke Energy, BHP Billiton, UBS Warburg, Thompson Financial and Cantor Fitzgerald. Peters is interested in the application of visualization to commercial business needs, ranging from the best utilization of the latest Web technologies, to visual integration of disparate data and visualization of simulation models. He is also experienced in the application of visualization for supply chain management, GIS and Web site analysis. He is the author of the Excel Visualizer and PivotTable Visualizer add-ins, and the designer behind the high performance Oculus.Net data visualization library. Currently he is focussed on WPF, and building a high performance 3D data visualization library using WPF and .Net 3.0.
